This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Joint Circular No. 45/2001/TTLT/BTC-BKHCNMT of June 18, 2001, of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (now the Ministry of Science and Technology).- (Summary)
