To establish the Industrial and Mine Investment Consulting Company (abbreviated as IMCC), which is an independent cost-accounting member enterprise of the Vietnam Coal Corporation, on the basis of merger between the Electricity-Coal Investment Consulting Company and Industrial and Mine Construction Consulting Company.

Business lines:

- Planning, consulting in investment and construction of mine and power (thermo-power plants, transmission lines, transformer stations of up to 110KV, public lighting,...), industrial, civil, communications and transport, post and telecommunications projects;

- Topographical, hydrographic-geological, geological, biological environment and environmental survey in service of elaborating investment projects and works designing;

- Evaluating investment projects, technical designing, making total cost estimates for the projects not implemented by the company;

- Providing consultancy for the export and import of equipment and accessories in service of the mining and other industrial branches;

- Providing investment consultancy and construction services in the above-mentioned fields for other domestic and foreign units;

- Building medium- and small-scale industrial, civil, communications and transport works, power lines and transformer stations of 35KV or under;

- Conducting research in application of sciences and technologies, technological transfer in service of the mining industry and the units having such demand;
