To set up Hong Cam Miners’ Training School, a member unit of the Vietnam Coal Corporation, on the basis of consolidation of Hon Gai Miners’ Training School and Cam Pha Miners’ Training School.

Head-office of the school: Bach Dang ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province. The school has two training establishments respectively in Troi township, Hoanh Bo district, Quang Ninh province, and in Cam Pha town, Quang Ninh province.

The school is tasked:

- To train and foster technical workers for such jobs as boring, excavating, bulldozing, automobile, sorting, loading, construction, mechanical engineering, railway transport, industrial-explosives production, pit mining, informaties;

- To train and foster officials;

- To cooperate with institutes, universities and colleges in organizing full-time and in-service courses;

- To cooperate with the production units in the Corporation to exploit, process and trade in coal;

- To provide scientific, technical and technological services (informatie, printing, geodesy,…); to cooperate with research institutions in implementation of scientific subjects in service of mining industry.- (Summary)
