On the organization and operation of the Science and Technology Inspectorate

The Science and Technology Inspectorate functions to conduct administrative and specialized inspection within the state management scope of the Science and Technology Ministry and provincial/municipal Science and Technology Services according to the provisions of law.

This Decree shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
