To establish Ha Tay province’s Industrial Parks Managing Board, which is under the People’s Committee of Ha Tay province, for the management of industrial parks in this province. This Managing Board shall have the legal person status, accounts and seal bearing the national emblem.

The Board shall have to perform the tasks and exercise the powers regarding the management of industrial parks as prescribed in Article 27 of the Regulation on Industrial Parks, Export-Processing Zones and Hi-Tech Parks, issued together with the Government’s Decree No. 36/CP of April 24, 1997.- (Summary)
