This Circular guides the norms of expenditures for the work of compiling questions for and organizing talented pupils’ examinations, international examinations and graduation examinations. Scope and subjects of application are national examinations organized by the Ministry of Education and Training; national examinations organized by the provincial/municipal Education and Training Services; and international examinations.- (Summary)
