Decision No. 12/1999/QD-BGDDT of March 15, 1999 promulgating the Regulation on primary education graduation examinations

This Decision replaces Decision No. 3857/GD-DT of December 14, 1994 and Decision No. 1600/GD-DT of April 19, 1996 of the Minister of Education and Training.

The Regulation on primary education graduation examinations promulgated together with this Decision specifies the conditions for sitting at examinations; the graduation criteria and grading; the examination programs, subjects, date and questions; the organization and directing of examinations; the approval of examination results and keeping of examination dossiers.- (Summary)
